"Anyone can sell you an insurance policy. However when you need your insurance company to be your insurance company, you don’t want hassles. We had to file a claim for a huge water loss. Chase helped us start the process. Easy no problem and gave instructions on how to go forward. In stepped the adjuster Cat. Very friendly, very fair, and worked hand in hand with my family to complete the devastating loss. Often times people don’t get credit for doing a great job. However round of applause for everyone involved. Thank you is not enough."

"I called to get an insurance quote and I was treated kindly by Cristie. She took all my information gave quickly emailed me a quote without making me hold or passing me along to another co-worker. She had the time to answer all my questions with patience and even offered to mail me more information. I've called three other major insurance providers and by far this has been the most helpful and courteous call that I've made. I would highly recommend them."
